Discounts

• Taxes paid by April 30 - 6% discount
• Taxes paid by May 31 - 6% discount
• Taxes paid by June 30 - 6% discount
• Taxes paid by July 31 - 4% discount

Taxes are due December 31, 2026. A flat 15% penalty will be applied January 1, 2027 to all unpaid tax accounts.
Any prepayments of taxes will receive the 6% discount.
