Peter Barry

72 years old. Born in Moosomin, SK. Brought up in Regina. Married with two children and three grandchildren.

My working career was extensively in business since the age of 15. Now retired. Being employed in the Co-operative Retailing system and our own business in Bengough, SK for 16 years, my wife and I have lived in and been extensively involved in numerous communities in Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Resident of Strasbourg for going on 18 years. Active and supportive member of St. John/Norrona Lutheran Parish, St. John congregation. Served on Town Council since 2019.

The greatest reward resulting from personal and business experiences is the pleasure derived from those involved in those experiences. The time now extended to me by retirement affords me the opportunity to give back to the community that I am fortunate enough to live in.
