In 2007, the Town of Strasbourg developed 14 fully-serviced residential lots, which included water & sewer, power, energy, and fibre optic internet (new in 2023). Each lot is 60 feet x 120 feet. Lots 5-7 have the ability to be constructed as walk-out lots. Lots 9-14 can have back alley garages.
