Economic Development Incentives

The Town of Strasbourg offers comprehensive economic development incentives for construction within the community. The incentives include:

• Up to two years tax free for new residential builds in infill lots
• Up to three years tax free for new residential builds in infill lots where demolition has occurred
• Up to three years tax free for new commercial buildings
• Up to five years tax free for large industrial, manufacturing, commercial or retail development
• Commercial property revitalization grants for storefronts up to $5000
