at the Town Office - #1-200 Mountain Street, and during regular business hours on November 28th, 2025 
to January 14th, 2026 at the Town Office - #1-200 Mountain Street.

When you submit your nomination form, it must be accompanied by a Public Disclosure Statement, as well as a type-written bio and picture. The nomination form must be signed by at least five Town-residents with their civic addresses (not box numbers). Page 2 of the nomination form must also be signed and witnessed.
